Typical response time is within one business day. If your enquiry is urgent — for example a VAT deadline or a stock discrepancy you need looking at fast — say so in your message and we'll prioritise it.

We compare your actual gross profit against what it should theoretically be, line by line, so you can see exactly where stock is being lost — whether that's wastage, over-pouring, theft or pricing errors. You can choose a one-off remote stocktake from £75, an on-site visit from £149, or a monthly retainer at £199 covering two remote counts.

Remote stocktaking means you (or your team) take the physical count and send us the figures, and we handle the analysis and reporting. On-site means we come to your venue and do the count ourselves. On-site costs more because of the time and travel involved, but it's often worth it for the first stocktake or if you don't have a reliable system in place yet — that's what our £199 First Stocktake Setup service covers.

Yes — this is one of our core specialisms. Hospitality bookkeeping is genuinely different to general small business bookkeeping because of wet and dry stock splits, tronc and tips, VAT on food versus drink, and the cash flow patterns of a trade that runs on weekly takings rather than monthly invoices. Our Foundation package starts at £299 a month and includes full bookkeeping support.

That's common, and it's exactly what our Books Clean-Up service is for. For £199 we'll reconcile up to three months of records so you're starting from a clean, compliant position rather than trying to fix everything going forward while the backlog still sits there.

It's a deep dive into your wet and dry gross profit, labour percentage and overheads, designed to show you specifically where margin is being lost rather than just confirming that it is. It costs £249 and is a good starting point if you suspect something's wrong but don't know what. Most operators have never seen these numbers broken down this clearly.

Yes — that's what our On-Site Consultancy day is for, at £350 per day. It's a full day focused on one specific challenge, whether that's a menu relaunch, a cost control review, or restructuring how your team is scheduled. We come to your venue and work through it with you directly.

Foundation (£299/month) covers core bookkeeping and is the right starting point for most independent venues. Growth Engine (£599/month) is our most popular package and adds everything in Foundation plus additional support layers — most venues that have outgrown basic bookkeeping move here. Either works. If you just need a single stocktake, a books clean-up, or a one-day consultancy visit, those are all available as standalone services with no ongoing commitment. Monthly packages make sense once you want continuous bookkeeping and regular stocktaking rather than periodic check-ins.

The prices shown on our Hospitality and Pricing pages are our standard starting rates. Very large or multi-site operations may need a custom quote, but for the typical independent pub, bar or restaurant, the published prices are what you'll pay. We'll always tell you upfront if your situation needs something different before any work begins.

Our website packages start at £500 for a Starter site, £900 for Pro, and £1,500 for Premium, with bundle options that include ongoing support from £37 a month. Yes. Our social packages start at £200 a month for a Starter tier, £300 for Growth, and £450 for Pro Growth+, covering platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok depending on what's right for your business.

Every website we build includes SEO fundamentals as standard — proper page titles, meta descriptions, mobile responsiveness and basic technical setup. If you want ongoing SEO work such as content strategy, link building or competitive analysis, that's available as an add-on rather than something we bolt on without asking.
