What is it

Not a gimmick.
A genuine revenue driver.

Every time someone buys a drink, the price moves — up if it's popular, down if it's sitting still. Your customers watch it happen on the big screen. They talk about it, they compete, they buy more.

⚡ MARKET CRASH — PRICES DROPPING NOW
📺
A live display your customers can't ignore
A full-screen TV board showing every drink, its current price, and whether it's rising or falling — updated every 60 seconds. It becomes part of the atmosphere.
📈
Prices driven by what people are actually buying
Sell three Mojitos in a row and the price climbs instantly. Leave the pale ale sitting still and it drops to tempt someone. No manual work — it happens automatically.
Market crashes create moments people remember
Trigger a market crash at half time, the interval, or last orders — all prices drop sharply for a set window. The board flashes. People notice. Rounds get bought.
🎯
Slow stock gets cleared without a word from staff
Mark a product as stagnant and the engine quietly drops its price each cycle until it sells. The board shows it as a deal. It works without your team doing anything.
Features

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Built for real hospitality venues by people who've worked in them. Every feature has a reason to exist.

Instant sale price bumps
Every drink sold at the till triggers an immediate price increase on the board. Your customers see it happen in real time — usually within two seconds of the card being tapped.
Real-time
🧠
Smart demand engine
Prices aren't just bumped and left. The engine scores demand across the last 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, and the full day — so popular products stay high and slow sellers fall naturally.

POS integration
Connects to your point of sale system via a secure API link. Every sale at the till feeds directly into the pricing engine — no manual data entry, no delays. Works with leading hospitality POS systems.
Integration
🌙
Scheduled market hours
Set your trading hours and the system opens and closes the market automatically. When the market closes, all prices reset to base — your till is always clean before the next session.
Automation
Full admin panel
Manage everything from your phone or laptop — products, prices, crash settings, event schedules, happy hour, stagnant stock, and more. No training needed. No technical knowledge required.
Management
How it works

Simple enough for any venue.
Smart enough to run itself.

1
We connect to your till system
We link Bar Stock Exchange to your existing point of sale system via a secure API connection. This means every time a drink is sold at your till, the Exchange knows about it within seconds — automatically, without anyone pressing any extra buttons.
✓ Works alongside your existing POS — nothing changes for staff at the till
2
You set up your products and rules
In the admin panel, you add your drinks with a base price, a minimum price (your floor — usually around cost price plus a margin), and a maximum price (how high you're happy for it to go). Everything else is handled automatically from that point on.
✓ Takes about 30 minutes to set up a full drinks menu
3
The board goes live on your TV
Open the display board on any screen connected to your venue's Wi-Fi and put it into fullscreen. That's it. No app. No hardware. No engineer visit. The board shows your drinks, their current prices, and whether they're rising or falling — updated every 60 seconds.
✓ Any TV, any screen — runs in a standard web browser
4
Every sale moves the market
Sell a Mojito and its price nudges up. Sell three in ten minutes and it climbs noticeably. Leave the pale ale sitting still and it quietly drifts down to tempt someone. The engine weighs up what's sold in the last 5, 15, and 60 minutes and adjusts continuously — smoothly, without wild swings.
✓ Price updates appear on screen within 2 seconds of a sale
5
You control the drama from your phone
From the admin panel on your phone you can trigger a market crash, mark slow stock for clearance, adjust any price, or activate an event you've planned in advance. You can also just leave it running entirely on its own — it works either way.
✓ Admin panel works on any phone, tablet, or laptop
6
Market closes — prices reset automatically
At the end of the night your scheduled close time triggers automatically. The board goes dark, every price resets to its original base price, and your till is clean for tomorrow. Nothing carries over. No manual reset needed.
✓ Fully automated open and close — nothing for you to remember
Integrations

Connects to your till.

How the connection works — in plain English
When a customer pays at your till, your POS system sends a quiet, automatic notification to Bar Stock Exchange — a bit like a text message, but between two pieces of software. This notification tells the Exchange which drink was sold, how many, and what it was sold for. The Exchange then immediately updates the price on the board. Your staff don't do anything differently. Your customers just see the price move.

"On a busy Friday night the board becomes a talking point on its own. Customers are watching the Mojito price climb and ordering before it goes any higher. We've had nights where the popular cocktails hit their ceiling by 10pm."
